Return & Exchange

At Unique Brand, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer straightforward return and exchange options.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked Final Sale (clearance, heavily discounted, or specific promotional products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Locate your order number from your confirmation email.

  2. Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Pack the item securely with original tags and packaging. Specify whether you’d like a refund or an exchange and include the desired size or color for exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

  • If the requested exchange item is in stock, we will process the exchange once we receive your return.

  • If the size or color you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

  • Exchanges are processed in the order they are received and may take additional processing time.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Unique Brand is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact Customer Care immediately and include photos showing the issue.

  • We will cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items and will provide a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges for Different Items

  • If you wish to exchange for a different item of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is lower in price, you will be refunded the difference.
